Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return for eligible candles within a specified time frame. Here are the details:

  • Damaged Candles: If you receive a broken or damaged candle, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Eligible Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in its original condition.

Items Refundable if Broken

We accept returns for candles that are broken during shipping or have manufacturing defects. Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email. Provide details about the issue and attach relevant photos of the damaged candle.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number.
  3. Packaging: Pack the candle securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  4. Shipping: Ship the candle back to us using the provided return address label.
  5. Refund: Upon receiving the returned candle, we’ll inspect it. If it’s indeed broken or defective, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following conditions apply to candles that are not eligible for return:

  • Used Candles: If you’ve burned the candle or altered it in any way, it cannot be returned.
  • Scent Preferences: We do not accept returns based on personal scent preferences. Please choose your candles carefully.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made candles are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
